Welcome to Our New Ministry Center

The late Bishop Rhymes H. Moncure, Jr. had a vision of a ministry center as a place where United Methodists from throughout the conference could gather in an environment designed to facilitate ministry in the 21st Century. The North Texas Conference Ministry Center is such a place.
Opening in June 2007, the center is home to Office of the Bishop and Episcopal Offices as well as NTC Connectional Ministries, Business and Administration; and Communication Ministries. There is ample media-rich meeting spaces, a working media production center, and updated resource center that provides space and equipment to enhance both local church and conference-wide mission and outreach.
The Bishop Rhymes H. Moncure Bishops' Chapel is open to all for prayer and contemplation during regular business hours. Weekly worship with Commmunion is at 9:30 am on Tuesday mornings with various guest pastors leading the service. All are welcomed to the Table.
In addition to already scheduled conference committee and district meetings, task force and commission meetings, events such as Local Church Disaster Training and five of the 2008 Licensing School classes will take place at the Ministry Center.
