Leadership Assessment
Everything rises and falls on leadership. Therefore, African American pastors and congregations are encouraged to make use of all of the resources that are available in the conference for renewal, such as Community Development Committee, Church Revitalization Taskforces and Percept training for development of individual strategic plans.
We further encourage use of General Church resources: Black Methodists for Church Renewal, Strengthening the Black Church for the 21st Century and African American Pastors' Convocation.
